They are mostly non agro except for the bulls and there is a named that wanders around there but is easy to solo for mail or better classes. But the Rhinos go down real fast and they drop Rhino Meat and Skins. Arctic Drop rate isn't as good as it used to be so I assume they tweaked it but the Rhino Meat sells for alot of gold on my server. Furs are up to 65g at Sporeggar-EU. There's also a nice spot at the Argent Vanguard base in Icecrown, before you finish the phasing quest, there are nerubians, who have a nice Nerubian Chitin drop rate, so try these if chitin is expensive on your server.
