Trick to Kill Sartharion with 3 Drakes Up for Bonus Loot
If your raid group is having difficulty killing Sartharion (Obsidian Sanctum raid) when engaging him with 3 drakes up to get the bonus loot from him then here is a little trick that can be helpful.
Leaving the Twilight Drakes up increases Sartharion’s fire damage, attack speed and damage which is a lot of damage for the tank and this is very hard for the healers to heal through.
Sartharion in Obsidian Sanctum
If you have a druid in the raid group then have him cast Hurricane on Sarthrion while the raid group is killing the Drakes. Hurricane works on bosses which means when Sartharion is affected by Hurricane, his cast speed and attack speed will be reduced by 50%. So his frame breath will become a 3 seconds cast instead of 1.5 seconds and also his attacks will be slower. This in turn reduces a lot of damage and is easy for the healers to keep the raid group alive. Hope this helps.
Can a warlock also cast Curse of Tongues on Sartharion to further slow casting speed?

How did you come to that conclusion? Curse of tongues increases the casting time of all spells by 30%, it doesnt slow the enemy down just speeds us up.
And how do you come to the conclusion that Curse of Tongues speeds us up? Curse of Tongues increases the ENEMY’S cast time. That means that it takes longer for the enemy to cast their spells, which means that you have to deal with a lower quantity of spells being cast against you. I came to the conclusion that it might help because if Sartharion can’t cast as many spells (similar to the way the article states Hurricane will affect Sartharion), then your party has less damage to try to live through while you’re concentrating on killing the drakes.
