World of Warcraft Must have Raid/Instance Foods for all Classes
Below is a list of all the wow food that gives you a useful buff when well fed. Find out which one you should be using and buying from the Auction house or cooking it yourself for your class. This should also give you an idea of which foods sell good on the auction house so you can make some gold by farming them.
I have listed the cooking recipe that I know of next to the food name. Point your mouse over a name to get the details.

there is one good new recipe Fish Feast.
It gives 80 attack power + 46 spellpower and 40 stamina.
Its a Feast so the one who have them can drop on ground and grp/raid can eat from there.

you forgot the expertice/stam for tanks
I preffer Stamina/Strength as a warrior tank, but expertise/stam isn’t bad.
Dalaran Clam Chowder (increases attack power by 60, spell power by 35 and stamina by 30). Handy recipe since it doesn’t require any Northern Spices to do
I find Poached Nettlefish 30 crit/40 stam and Spicy Blue Nettlefish 40 crit/40 stam can be useful. Love an instant Pyroblast.
What about Hearty Rhino for Armor Pen?
